AI-native GTM. Built an AI-native GTM architecture with a 5-person team that replaced what previously required hundreds of operators, reducing go-to-market costs by an order of magnitude. Integrated structured data enrichment (Clay), workflow automation (Make), and LLM-driven orchestration to automate acquisition, qualification, and engagement.
RevOps from zero. Built forecasting instrumentation and revenue operating cadence for new business lines from inception. Established metrics frameworks adopted across product, finance, and operations. Grew new business line to $MM ARR in Year 1 post-launch while reskilling operations teams from manual execution into AI workflow designers and system owners.
Unit economics discipline. 97% CAC reduction: acquisition cost from ~$40K to ~$1.20 marginal cost through process automation and build-vs-buy decisions. Architected centralized capability center (India) with regional hubs, a core driver of blended acquisition cost reduction through automation, process redesign, and operating leverage.
